Sandwich panels are lightweight, durable building materials made of three layers:

Core: An insulating material such as polyurethane (PU), polystyrene (EPS), or mineral wool

They are widely used in roofs, walls, and cold rooms due to their excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and easy installation. Ideal for warehouses, factories, and commercial buildings.

Roofing Tiles Sandwich Panel

Roof Tiles Sandwich Panels are modern roofing materials designed to combine the aesthetic look of roof tiles with the thermal and acoustic insulation benefits of sandwich panels. They usually consist of three layers:

  • Top layer: Metal sheet (galvanized or aluminum) shaped like roof tiles.
  • Core layer: Insulating material, typically polyurethane (PU), polyisocyanurate (PIR), or EPS.
  • Bottom layer: Flat or lightly profiled metal sheet.
